TCP South Keystone LLC bought the 17,500-square-foot South Keystone Shoppes, 3940 S. Keystone Ave., for $1.04 million. The buyer and seller, K.C. Enterprises, were represented by Brian Southworth, Nathan Whalen and Jordan Klink of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.
