Marriott signs multi-year deal to sponsor USA Football

Indianapolis-based USA Football recently signed a multiyear deal making Bethesda, Md.-based Marriott International its official hotel for the national governing body of football in the United States and its U.S. National Team program.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

As part of the deal, members of USA Football will receive special offers when they stay at participating Marriott brands, including JW Marriott, Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Renaissance Hotels, Courtyard, Fairfield Inns and Suites, Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites and TownePlace Suites.

In addition to managing America’s national teams, USA Football teaches the game’s fundamentals and inherent values through more than 80 annual football training events and online skill development resources.

“Marriott is thrilled to partner with and support USA Football and its youth players, coaches, officials and commissioners,” said Joanna Todd, vice president of global partnerships and promotions for Marriott International. “We look forward to cultivating a strong relationship with the organization.”

Marriott joins Riddell and Sports Authority as one of USA Football’s three national partners.
