Ten cars had to be pulled from flood waters Monday morning in Indianapolis between New Church Boulevard and Washington Street. High water made it difficult for many school buses, including a Washington Township bus headed for North Central High School with 17 students on board that got stuck near 44th Street and Clover Drive. In Madison County, a bridge collapse near Frankton caused two vehicle accidents.
