Various locations
Some of the best high school bands from around the country perform at Clowes Hall in this non-competitive festival. But that’s not all. The Honor Orchestra of America plays with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra March 18-19, the Jazz Band of America plays on the 18th at Clowes Hall, followed by the Honor Band of America on the 19th.
