-Wood 96th RE LLC bought two office buildings totaling 34,000 square feet at 3510 and 3520 E. 96th St. The price wasn’t disclosed. The buyer was represented by Ross Reller of Colliers International. The seller, Buckingham Cos., was represented by Matt Langfeldt and Rich Forslund of Summit Realty Group.
-Electro Reps Inc. bought a 3,500-square-foot office building at 220 N. Rangeline Road, Carmel. The price wasn’t disclosed. The buyer was represented by Brian Fitzgerald of Citimark Management Company Inc. and Matt Carlstedt of Citimark Realty Partners. The seller, JBS Holding LLC, was represented by Peter Pizarro of F.C. Tucker Co.
