-Johnstone Supply bought a 13,900-square-foot building at 2460 N. Shadeland Ave. in the Shadeland Industrial Park. The price wasn’t disclosed. The buyer was represented by Luke Wessel of Cassidy Turley. The seller, LT Shadeland LTD, was represented by Stanley Evans of RSE Realty Inc.
-City Barbeque bought one acre of land in the Raceway Market development at U.S. 36 and Raceway Road, Avon. The price wasn’t disclosed. The buyer was represented by Steve Delaney of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate. The seller, Raceway Market Land LLC, was represented by Dean Almas of Centre Properties.
