– s Hanover will open a 176,000-square-foot
warehouse in Brownsburg that could employ up to 40 workers.
It will be Synder’s first distribution center in Indiana, according to Lauth Property Group spokesman Marc Lotter.
The pretzel maker is leasing one-third of the space in Eaglepoint Five, a building in Lauth’s 400-acre Brownsburg industrial park. Lauth has about 100 acres for construction in the park, which also counts among its tenants TJX HomeGoods, Guitar Center, Sur La Tab and FedEx warehouses and the headquarters for John Force Racing.
