Subscribe NowFormer Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi announced Wednesday that he's been cleared of disciplinary charges related to comments he made during two murder cases while he was prosecutor. The comments involved the Hamilton Avenue murders and accused serial killer Bruce Mendenhall. The Indiana Supreme Court's Disciplinary Commission said the comments could have biased the outcome in both cases. Brizzi faced disbarment if had been found guilty of misconduct.
