-The Fourth Shift bought a 9,000-square-foot industrial building and an additional lot at 2142 and 2145 Ransdell St. The price wasn’t disclosed. The buyer and seller, Wallace Engineering Corp., were represented by Rick Jones of Lee & Associates.

-S & S Manso Enterprises LLC bought a 2,083-square-foot office condominium at 1528 E. Greyhound Pass, Carmel. The price wasn’t disclosed. The buyer was represented by Sharon Thompson of KW Commercial.  The seller, CSR Holdings LLC, was represented by Andrew Martin and Bennett Williams of Cassidy Turley.

-Pace-Keystone Associates LLC bought a 72,481-square-foot office building at 9225 Priority Way West Drive. The price wasn’t disclosed. The seller, Second Step Asset Management Co., was represented by Dave Moore, Darrin Boyd and Becky Wells of Cassidy Turley. The buyer represented itself.
