Police in Terre Haute are asking the FBI to step in as they search for a missing 4-year-old boy. Arrest warrants have been issued for Nicholas Runyon and April Diana Bell. They are charged with criminal confinement of John M. Johnson-Christian. According to officers, the child was unlawfully taken Tuesday morning. Runyon and Bell may be traveling in a white 1998 Dodge Caravan with Indiana license plates F-Z 2304. Investigators believe the couple may be taking the boy to Pennsylvania.
