Local engineering company buys former CP Morgan HQ
A local company that had planned to build a new headquarters at Anson, near Zionsvillle, decided instead to buy the former headquarters of the defunct home builder CP Morgan near 96th Street and Gray Road.
Performance Services Inc., an engineering and construction company serving educational and institutional clients, bought the 40,000-square-foot building in the North Haven office park from North Haven LLC. No price was disclosed.
The two-story building should be ready for the company’s 47 employees by July. Ambrose Property Group represented the seller, and Echelon Realty Advisers represented the buyer. Both firms are based in Indianapolis.
