Startup applies Netflix model to clothing for children

A Brownsburg entrepreneur has launched a company based on the premise that parents will pay a monthly subscription fee to ensure their baby girls are always decked out in the hippest threads.

The Wow Clothing Club is offering the temporary use of hundreds of boutique-style children’s outfits, including dresses, skirt sets, capris and baby rompers, available via monthly plans that start at $19.99. The company says it will ship the clothes ready to wear, after laundering them in dye- and fragrance-free detergent safe for sensitive skin.

“Wow Clothing Club allows parents to satisfy the fantasy of dressing their children like the latest celebrity babies, without the need for a celebrity’s income,” the company said in a statement.
