-CABOT bought a 795,237-square-foot, multi-tenant bulk industrial building in the Precedent South Business Center at 800 Commerce Parkway West Drive, Greenwood. The price wasn’t disclosed. The seller, Quadrangle Development Co., was represented by Angie Wethington and Jeff Castell of Cassidy Turley. The buyer represented itself.
-Winthrop Partners LLC bought the 30,000-square-foot former Monon Fitness Center and 1.3 acres of land at 5301-5307 Winthrop Ave. The property was listed for $499,900. The sale price was not disclosed. The buyer was represented by Nathan Altman of Altman & Associates. The seller, Helen Gray, was represented by Glenn Bill of CENTURY 21 Scheetz.
