-Winthrop Partners LLC bought the 30,000-square-foot former Monon Fitness Center and 1.3 acres of land at 5301-5307 Winthrop Ave. The property was listed for $499,900. The sale price was not disclosed. The buyer was represented by Nathan Altman of Altman & Associates. The seller, Helen Gray, was represented by Glenn Bill of CENTURY 21 Scheetz.
