Subscribe NowA man died Monday morning when the Buick Skylark he was driving slid under the back of a semitrailer in the 2400 block of North Shadeland Avenue. Indianapolis police said the semi was just starting to pull forward at a traffic signal about 5:50 a.m. when the car ran into it. There were no skid marks at the scene to indicate the driver of the car tried to brake before impact. Police said they don’t believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
