-State Farm Insurance leased 88,408 square feet at 9200 Keystone Crossing. The tenant was represented by Aasif Bade of Ambrose Property Group. The landlord, BPG Properties Ltd., was represented by John Robinson and Abby Cooper of Jones Lang LaSalle.

-The Marion County Community Correction Board leased 14,960 square feet at 140 E. Washington St. The tenant was represented by Rick Lux of R.P. Lux Co. The landlord, Sayles Enterprises LLC, was represented by Dan Richardson and Nick Svarczkopf of CB Richard Ellis.

-Allegient leased 11,500 square feet at Meridian Tower, 201 W. 103rd St. The tenant was represented by Mike Napariu of REI Investments CPA. The landlord, BPG Properties Ltd., was represented by Adam Broderick and John Robinson of Jones Lang LaSalle.  

-Grand Slam Realty leased 7,468 square feet at Fidelity Plaza-Sepro Tower, 11550 N. Meridian St., Carmel. The tenant was represented by John Vandenbark of CB Richard Ellis. The landlord, Sepro Development Co. II LLC, was represented by Alex Cantu of Summit Realty Group.

-NIAAA leased 4,565 square feet at 9100 Keystone Crossing. The tenant was represented by Andrew Martin of Cassidy Turley. The landlord, BPG Properties Ltd., was represented by John Robinson and Abby Cooper of Jones Lang LaSalle.

-ProScan Imaging of Indianapolis LLC extended its lease for 4,130 square feet at Prestwick Pointe II, 5250 E. US Highway 36, Avon. The landlord, Weston Group LLC, was represented by Stephen Daum of Summit Realty Group. The tenant represented itself.
 
-Sabre Communications Corp. leased 3,275 square feet at 800 E. 96th St. The tenant was represented by Jeff Merritt of Summit Realty Group. The landlord, Duke Realty Corp., was represented by Adam Seger of Duke.  
            
-Laundry Bright Inc. leased 3,168 square feet at Hanna Shoppes, 3915 Madison Ave. The tenant was represented by Jodi Milto of Midland Atlantic. The landlord, RCS Holdings LLC, was represented by Jeff Merritt of Summit Realty Group.

-McKinley Jones & Associates leased 2,066 square feet at 4701 N. Keystone Ave. The landlord, Visiting Nurse Service Inc., was represented by Bill Ehret and Alex Cantu of Summit Realty Group. The tenant represented itself.
 
-Tactic Marketing Inc. leased 1,550 square feet of office space at 1 N. Meridian St. The tenant was represented by Bennett Williams and Andrew Martin of Cassidy Turley. The landlord, King Cole Investors LLC, was represented by Brent Benge of Paradigm Real Estate Investments.

-BBB Therapy LLC extended its lease for 1,547 square feet at 70 E. 91st St. The tenant was represented by Ralph Balber of Newmark Knight Frank Halakar. The landlord, Sourwine Real Estate Services, was represented by Andrew Martin of Cassidy Turley.

-M&V Computer Repair leased 1,200 square feet at 3350 N. High School Road. The tenant was represented by Kelli Membreno of Libertad Real Estate. The landlord, Pentak LLC, was represented by Keith Kleinmaier of Retail Realty.

-Insomnia Cookies of Indiana LLC leased 855 square feet at 809 Broad Ripple Ave. The tenant was represented by Jeff Merritt of Summit Realty Group. The landlord, 801 Realty LLC, was represented by Todd Camesasca of Kosene & Kosene Inc.
