Subscriber Benefit
As a subscriber you can listen to articles at work, in the car, or while you work out. Subscribe NowCarmel City Council members on Monday night voted to give themselves health and life insurance benefits. The proposal passed 5-2. The plan will cost taxpayers about $20,000 per council member. Council members John Acceturo and Joe Griffiths voted against the measure.
