The Indiana Economic Development Corp. has launched two free Web tools to assist Hoosier businesses.

The first, the Indiana Database of Research of University Expertise, or INDURE, offers an online, searchable database of researchers,
intellectual property and ongoing sponsored research projects at Purdue University, Indiana University, Ball State University
and the University of Notre Dame. Available at www.indure.org, the site allows businesses to tap information on more than
1,000 research areas, ranging from engineering and technology to management and social sciences. It also includes more than
12,000 faculty members.

IEDC’s second tool is the Indiana Biz-Cafe Website. Available at www.indianabizcafe.com, it is a forum for entrepreneurs and
small businesses to reach investors, experts, potential clients and federal grant opportunities. Businesses that visit the
site can create online profiles describing their interests. The site then provides matches.
