A man was injured Wednesday morning in an accident involving a train and a snow plow in Hendricks County. Police said the snow plow was traveling north on County Road 151, west of Lizton. Plow driver Richard Layman, 65, of Danville slowed at a railroad crossing but did not stop, police said, and ran into a train traveling about 45 mph. Layman was taken to St. Vincent Hospital on a medical helicopter to treat leg and arm injuries. County Road 151 was closed following the accident.
