Subscribe NowThree people have been arrested in connection with the killing of a woman whose body was found on fire near a central Indiana nature preserve. The body was spotted by motorists Saturday near the Craddock Wetlands Nature Preserve in Muncie. Detectives charged 24-year-old Terry Rutledge with murder. Police said Rutledge killed the victim before heading to a couple of bars. He, Regina Miller and Antowyn Warren left the woman’s body on the side of the road hours later. Rutledge has been charged with murder, obstruction of justice and assisting a criminal. Miller and Warren have been charged with obstruction of justice and assisting a criminal.
