The body of a black male in his early 20s was found about 9:30 p.m. in the cab of the pickup in the 2300 block of Kessler Boulevard North Drive, just east of Lafayette Road. Police found a number of shell casings a block north of the scene. Police closed Lafayette Road for a short time so detectives could process the crime scene.
