Indianapolis police said the accident happened shortly after 1 a.m. on Raymond Street, just east of Keystone Avenue. Police said 31-year-old Brian Saylor was traveling on his motorcycle at a high rate of speed and rear-ended a car as it was headed east on Raymond. The driver of the car was uninjured.
