-FEMA leased 34,252 square feet of office space at 6666 E. 75th St. The tenant was represented by Gavin Muldowney of UGL Services. The landlord, Zimmer Real Estate Services, was represented by Bryan Miller of Cassidy Turley.

-Tuesday Morning leased 14,178 square feet at Speedway Super Center, 6020 Crawfordsville Road, Speedway. The tenant was represented by Wayne O’Hara of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate. The landlord, Brixmore SPE 5 LLC, represented itself.

-The Department of Workforce Development leased 14,000 square feet of office space at 3400 Lafayette Road. The tenant was represented by R.J. Rudolph and Kara Riggle of Colliers International. The landlord, Earl Wade Boulware Revocable Living Trust, was represented by Bill Ehret and Alex Cantu of Summit Realty Group.

-Dollar Tree renewed its lease for 11,662 square feet at Southtown Center, 4300 S. Scatterfield Road, Anderson. The landlord, CSN LLC, was represented by Scott Gray of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate. The tenant represented itself.

-Webstream Productions Inc. leased 9,687 square feet at 5200 E. 64th St. The tenant was represented by Kyle Powell of Ambrose Property Group. The landlord, OrthoPros LLC, was represented by Matt Jackson of Ambrose Property Group.

-EMT leased 9,177 square feet at 12342 Hancock St., Carmel. The tenant was represented by Matt Jackson of Ambrose Property Group. The landlord, ATAPCO Carmel Inc., was represented by John Vandenbark of CBRE.

-United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 700 leased 4,903 square feet at 3950 Priority Way South Drive. The tenant was represented by Matt Jackson of Ambrose Property Group. The landlord, PP Indianapolis V Project Corp., was represented by Tim Hull and Rick Trimpe of CBRE.

-Massey’s Pizza leased 4,280 square feet at Meridian Oaks Shoppes, State Road 135 and Main Street, Greenwood. The landlord, RCS Holdings LLC, was represented by Jeff Merritt of Summit Realty Group. The tenant represented itself.
