Six hurt in Hancock County accident

Six people, including four children, were injured Thursday night in a two-car crash in rural Hancock County. Two children—a 10-year-old boy and 11-year-old girl—were taken by helicopter to an Indianapolis hospital in critical condition. The other victims, including a 4-year-old girl and 12-year-old boy, were taken to Hancock Regional Hospital with less-serious injuries. The crash occurred at about 9 p.m. on County Road 1000 North, southeast of Pendleton.
