First-time violators in Fishers will receive a warning, while second-time offenders will be issued a $500 citation. Brownsburg residents may face a fine up to $300 for any violation. Both communities receive service from Citizens Water, which issued a mandatory watering ban in Marion County last Friday. As of 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Citizens said customer demand had declined 40 million gallons per day.
