Indianapolis homicide detectives are investigating a fatal shooting on the city's north side. Police arrived at the scene near the intersection of East 37th and North Oxford streets about 9 p.m. Tuesday to find the 20-year-old victim unresponsive and another man trying to revive him. Police are not releasing the victim’s name until family members can be notified. An autopsy was scheduled for Wednesday.
