Indianapolis-based Connect Think LLC, a software developer and consulting firm, announced Tuesday morning that it plans to add 25 jobs by 2016 as part of a $244,000 expansion.

The company said the investment will go toward equipment for its facility at 1020 E. 86th St., to help continue its focus on mobile application development.

Connect Think, which has a current staff of about 10, has begun the process of hiring more programmers and software engineers.

The Indiana Economic Development Corp. said it will provide the company up to $370,000 in performance-based tax credits and up to $25,000 in training grants based on the company’s job-creation plans. The city of Indianapolis will consider additional property-tax abatements.

Founded in 2010, Connect Think serves clients ranging from small startups to Fortune 500 companies. Its most recent project includes development of an internal iPad app for Simon Property Group Inc. employees.
