Woman accused of killing daughter rejects plea-WEB ONLY

A Lebanon woman charged with killing her teenage daughter has rejected a proposed plea agreement. Elizabeth Fairfield, 38, told a judge she would not plead guilty to reckless homicide. Fairfield is accused of killing her 14-year-old daughter by overdose last June. The girl had Down zyndrome and was found with a high level of pain medication in her system. Fairfield’s bail hearing is scheduled to continue today. Her trial is set for March 31.
