A 32-year-old Carmel man was critically injured Wednesday afternoon after police said his car hydroplaned, sending it into a spin before it collided with a pickup truck on the north side of Indianapolis. Emergency crews responding to the scene in the 4200 block of College Avenue at 4:10 p.m. found the driver of a black Audi unconscious and not breathing. The driver of the pickup truck was uninjured, but his two passengers were hospitalized with serious injuries.
