A federal judge is scheduled to sentence convicted Ponzi schemer Tim Durham and two accomplices Friday afternoon following a morning of testimony from both victims and witnesses for the defense.

Durham, Jim Cochran and Rick Snow are facing the equivalent of life sentences for their role in the collapse of Akron, Ohio-based Fair Finance Co. Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson is scheduled to announce her decisions from the bench between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
