The Indiana Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Children’s Home in Knightstown is scheduled to shut down in May. State officials say the home is inefficient and expensive, costing $91,000 per student each year. Opponents say the cost is worth it to house and teach at-risk students. Fox 59 News will have more at 10 p.m.
