A Noblesville man and two juveniles have been arrested for various crimes involving the same handgun. Christopher Lee South, 26, was charged with unlawful sale of a handgun and other three other violations after he sold the firearm to a 17-year-old Fishers High School student, who later sold it to a 16-year-old student.
