A former Rushville police sergeant is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old girl. Cale Worley, 28, was arrested Friday on a felony charge of official misconduct and a misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The charges came after an Indiana State Police investigation that began in August, shortly before Worley resigned from the police department. Court documents released Monday allege that Worley and the teenager secretly met late at night while the officer was on duty. They also reportedly exchanged text and Facebook messages.
