Firefighters expect record crowds

The 85th Fire Department Instructors Conference is expected to bring record crowds to downtown Indianapolis this week. More than 30,000 attendees are expected to attend the annual event, which began Monday and runs through Saturday. The sprawling conference plans events at the Indiana Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, White River State Park and on Georgia Street.
