West 56th Street on the northwest side of Indianapolis remained closed Friday morning as crews worked to clean up about 9,000 gallons of diesel fuel that leaked from a Marathon oil pipeline. The leak was discovered at about 4:30 a.m. Thursday in the 5600 block of Guion Road after officials received reports of a strong odor coming from the area. Cleanup is expected to take several weeks.
