Police on Wednesday arrested an Indianapolis man whom they believe left a suspicious package at an alcohol and substance-abuse treatment center. Danny Anderson, 36, is accused of threatening employees at Fairbanks Recovery Center, 8102 Clearvista Parkway. Investigators say he left an envelope containing a crystalline substance that is being tested. Anderson was charged with making terroristic threats and intimidation.
