Arthritis Foundation’s Indy Arthritis Walk on May 18 raised nearly $50,000.

Grants
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Indianapolis received a $250,000 grant from Lowe’s.

Damar Services Inc. received grants of $5,000 from both the PMC Foundation and the NHPLA Goals & Dreams Fund.

Shelby County Public Library was given a $2,000 grant by the Dollar General Literacy Foundation to support literacy programs.

In Recognition
Mike Kensill, Lee & Associates Real Estate Services, was named Ambassador of the Year by the Greater Greenwood Chamber of Commerce.

Gloria Novotney was a member of the team that won a 2013 Ex Award from Event Marketer magazine.

Rose Campbell, Butler University, was selected to attend the Freeman Institute Workshop on Japan at Tokai International College in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Alan L. McLaughlin, Littler Mendelson PC, was awarded a 2013 Pro Bono and Public Service Award by the 7th Circuit Bar Association.
