A burglar who broke into a Johnson County home and injured the homeowner was sentenced Thursday to 45 years in prison. Jeffrey L. Daniel, 40, of Stilesville, was convicted of burglary resulting in bodily injury for the August 2011 crime. Daniel had four prior convictions for burglary and was on parole during the latest crime.
