Kirkendall Investment LLC bought City View Shoppes, a 20,630-square-foot retail center at 1047 Jefferson St., Franklin. The buyer was represented by Nick Kirkendall of Ohio Properties. The seller, City View Shoppes LLC, was represented by Jim Karozos and Bob Lindgren of Lee & Associates.
