East-side Indianapolis business Marine Tech is almost a total loss after fire broke out at the company at 4232 Hull St. at 4 a.m. In addition to flames, firefighters battled cold temperatures, downed power lines and an electric fence. One firefighter suffered a minor shock. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Fox 59 will have more at 10 p.m.
