Subscribe NowIrvine, Calif.-based Solutions 2 Go LLC, a distributor of specialized video game products, announced Monday morning that it will invest $3.3 million to open a facility in Indianapolis, creating up to 40 jobs by 2016.
The investment will go toward leasing and equipping a 196,000-square-foot facility at 7900 Rockville Road on the city’s far-west side, which should be fully operational by Friday, the company said.
Solutions 2 Go, which has more than 100 employees nationwide, has already begun hiring for shipping, returns and e-commerce, and production positions.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered Solutions 2 Go up to $200,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $17,500 in training grants based on the company’s job-creation plans.
Founded in 2009, Solutions 2 Go distributes video games, software, related hardware and accessory bundles to retail and e-commerce clients across the country. It provides special promotions and packaging for companies such as Sony PlayStation, Activision and Nintendo, serving customers that include Wal-Mart, Kmart and Target.
