Subscribe NowTwo Indianapolis teenagers were arrested by Fishers police about 2 a.m. Wednesday after officers caught them allegedly breaking into vehicles. Jalen Williams, 18, and a 17-year-old juvenile were arrested on charges of theft and resisting law enforcement. Williams also faces a charge of unauthorized entry into a vehicle. The two were caught in the Weaver Woods North neighborhood at 141st Street and Harrison Parkway.
