710 N US 31 LLC bought the 19,125-square-foot former Hostess Wonder Bread facility on 1.94 acres at 710 N. US 31, Greenwood. The buyer was represented by Bill French of Cassidy Turley. The seller, New HB Acquisition (TS) LLC, was represented by Creighton Shook and Luke Householder of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty Services.
