Subscribe NowIndianapolis fire investigators discovered an explosive device described as an “intact Molotov cocktail” at the scene of a business fire early Wednesday. The fire broke out about 4 a.m. in the 2300 block of East 38th Street in a one-story building containing three businesses. The fire, which was confined to the service side of the Swift Custom Wheels shop, damaged four vehicles. The fire is being investigated as arson.
