Eight displaced by apartment fire

Eight residents of a north-side apartment building near Clifton and 32nd streets were displaced by a suspicious fire at about 3 a.m. Thursday. The blaze caused an estimated $25,000 in damage. No injuries were reported. Officials are arranging temporary housing for some of the residents.
