Andrew Rhea, 19, was shot to death last night during an apparent robbery at his home in the Arbors at Cumberland apartments on Indianapolis’ east side. Witnesses say two men left the apartment, and one of them appeared to be holding a handgun. Investigators say they’re looking for two black males, possibly driving a white Chevrolet Astro van.
