A 54-year-old Indianapolis woman was in serious condition Monday night after being struck by a pickup truck at English and Emerson avenues. Witnesses told police that Ronnie Brandenburg, 54, who lives nearby, was hit by a Ford F-150 that had a green light. Police said they do not believe alcohol was a factor and that the driver is cooperating.
