Indianapolis police arrested a 21-year-old man after a road-rage incident led to shots being fired Tuesday night. Robert White Jr. was arrested on a preliminary charge of criminal recklessness after he admitted firing at least one gunshot at another driver near West and Ohio streets at about 8:30. Another man said White followed him all over the city in his Chevy Impala after he somehow angered him near 25th Street and Keystone Avenue. White said the other driver also fired a shot. Both men had registered guns in their vehicles.
