Indiana Secretary of State Connie Lawson says she hopes the state's new voter registration forms will help curb voter fraud. Lawson unveiled the new forms Wednesday, saying they should help election officials track who registered each voter. The change comes after South Bend Democratic leader Butch Morgan was sentenced to jail in a vote-forgery scandal.
