An Indianapolis mother was responsible for the death of her 2-year-old daughter, police said Tuesday. Brittney Massey, 23, was charged with murder, battery resulting in death and neglect of a dependent resulting in death. Massey was taken into custody Nov. 29, two days after her daughter died at Riley Hospital for Children.
