Subscribe NowIndianapolis police on Monday preliminarily charged Brice Price, 19, with murder and conspiracy to commit robbery in the shooting death of a 15-year-old Pike Township boy. Anthony Warren was killed Saturday at Rosewood Commons apartment complex near West 56th Street and Georgetown Road. Investigators said he’d been shot twice. They say Price and Warren were attempting to rob an unidentified person when Warren was fatally shot.
